Niche Construction & Design was formed in 2018 by friends and neighbors of nearly 20 years, Brandon Simoni and Matt Swiertz. The company was founded on the principle values of relationship, best in class service, and functional but elegant designs of the highest quality. Based in Cary Illinois, Niche Construction & Design is a boutique construction and design company that builds custom homes as well as renovations big or small of existing homes.
Once the initial project has been determined, we’ll collaborate to get the ball rolling on your home. This includes working together on floor plans, and initial design ideas. We can provide 3D renderings of the important spaces which allows you to visualize the home prior to beginning construction. No matter if your project is a custom home build or kitchen renovation this is when the paperwork, permits, and procurement choices necessary to start construction happens.
This is one of the most exciting stages of the project. Seeing your dream come to life and being a part of the entire process start to finish is a rewarding experience.
Being able to self-perform much of our work enables us to efficiently control quality, schedule, and costs. We have a great team of hard working, self-starters with a great overall knowledge of the trade they are providing for the project. We are able to provide home building and renovations from initial design to project completion. If you already have an architect or designer, we look forward to working with them.
Even though the project is finished, we are not. We warranty our work as well as the products used in every project.
